New Jersey’s best fruits, cranberries and blueberries, are combined with fall spices. The tart cranberries are balanced by the sweetness of the blueberries.

Perfect for biscuits, toast, oatmeal, or in your yogurt. Try over ice cream or cheese cake for a fun fall treat.

PUMPKIN BUTTER – FALL SEASON

I love fall – football and pumpkin pie. I wanted to create a jam that could give the feeling of fall all the time, so it is loaded with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.

Great on cheesecake, in crepes, on top of ginger snaps for an easy dessert, or mix with cream cheese for a fun dip. “Mom’s pumpkin pie but versatile”

PURPLE HAZE

A tasty accident! When the berries for Triple Berry Jam were not available my wife bought blueberries and new flavor was born. The blueberries lend their color and flavor and blend nicely with the strawberries.

Use this colorful jam in crepes or blintzes.

INFERNO JAM

We love hot and spicy at my house as do most of our friends so I decided to step my Hot Pepper Jelly up a notch. I added more peppers with higher heat to bring on the sweat.

Great on meatloaf, hamburgers, hot dogs, eggs, with cream cheese, or whatever needs a little heat.

“Heating up the world 1 jar at a time”

ORANGE HABANERO MARMALADE

The first flavor you taste is the sweetness of the orange followed by the heat of the habanero.

Perfect with cheeses, as a glaze or marinade, or thin the marmalade for a sweet and spicy salad dressing. Meat parings include fish, chicken, or pork.

PEACH CHIPOTLE JAM

A sweet smoky flavor with a hint of heat. It is excellent with chicken or pork as a dipping sauce, topping or a glaze for a ham.

The jam is also great on a hearty cracker with goat cheese, corn on the cob, or corn bread.

SOUTH JERSEY JAM

This jam was born when my friends and I were taste testing a tomato jam I had made. We started by adding a little bit of this and a little bit of that next thing you knew I had the flavor of the old neighborhood.
